Refunds & Money Back Guarantee:
Unless otherwise stated, all services purchased from SeedBoxBay.com are non-refundable. We must also remind you that hosting is a virtual service, it is not a physical good.Any payment disputes raised with us will be referred to this terms of service you agreed to, any customers raising payment disputes will have there services terminated. If you fail to comply to these terms of services your account will be suspended and or terminated without warning. If you are not happy with your purchase within the first 3 days a refund can be given.
Usage Policy:
We allow unrestricted downloading and uploading from public & private trackers.
While using any service provided by us you agree to follow our usage policy. You agree to not use our seedboxes for any of the following:
+ CLOUD STORAGE: using our Seedboxes for hosting your personal data is not allowed. Sharing your FTP and HTTP login details for public downloads is strictly prohibited. + ILLEGAL PORN: Child pornography is strictly prohibited to be downloaded, saved or hosted on our servers. If we discover that a client has such content in his account, we will immediately terminate his services.
Account Setup:
New Seedboxes are issued within a few seconds after a successful payment. Slots availability is shown on the order page. In case of no availability of slots, the longest time for a seedbox to be set up is 48 hours.
Data Retention Policy:
Our data retention policy is simple, we do not backup data and we are not responsible for data loss. Clients are responsible for frequently backing up their files on our system. SeedBoxBay cannot be held responsible for the deletion of users' files, whether intentional or unintentional. In the event of system error, hardware failure, hacking, etc we will do our best to recover your data but can never be held liable.
Price Change:
SeedBoxBay reserve the right to change prices listed on www.seedboxbay.com, and the right to change the amount of resources given to plans at any time. Contract pricing customers will not be affected by any price change throughout the contract period. The amount you pay for hosting will never increase from the date of purchase.
